LOAN AGREEMENT
This Loan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ACG Leasing Ltd (operating as "Loan on Trust"), and the Borrower whose details are verified through Aadhaar and PAN verification.
1. Loan Terms: The approved loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and EMI as displayed on the Loan Offer page shall form part of this agreement.
2. Repayment: The Borrower agrees to repay the loan in equated monthly installments (EMI) as per the selected tenure. EMI will be auto-debited from the registered bank account.
3. Interest & Fees: Interest is calculated on a reducing balance basis. Processing fee is deducted upfront from the disbursed amount.
4. Default: In case of default in payment, penal interest at the rate of 2% per month shall be charged on the overdue amount.
5. Prepayment: The Borrower may prepay the loan with applicable foreclosure charges as per RBI guidelines.
6. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India and courts of jurisdiction shall be at the registered office of ACG Leasing Ltd.
By signing below, the Borrower confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
