Our policies ensure responsible lending, ethical conduct, and transparent treatment of all customers seeking Personal Loans, Insta Loans, or Salary Loans. We aim to provide equal and unbiased access to credit to all applicants.

This Fair Practices Code outlines the standards, processes, and procedures followed by Loan on Trust Pvt. Ltd. to protect customer interests and maintain clarity in all loan operations.

Applications for Loans and Their Processing

All communication with applicants will be clear and easy to understand.

The loan application form will include all necessary details such as fees, charges, and eligibility criteria.

Applicants will receive guidance on required documents, and an acknowledgement will be sent along with expected timelines for approval.

Loan Appraisal and Terms / Conditions

Upon approval, Loan on Trust Pvt. Ltd. will issue a sanction letter detailing the loan amount, interest rate, tenure, fees, and repayment schedule.

A copy of the loan agreement and all related documents will be provided to the customer at the time of disbursement.

Disbursement of Loans and Changes in Terms

Any modifications to loan terms, including interest rates or repayment schedules, will be communicated in advance.

Loan recall or acceleration will follow the agreed terms in the loan agreement.

All securities will be released after full repayment, subject to any legal rights of set-off clearly communicated.

Rate of Interest

Interest rates are determined using internal risk models, market conditions, and cost of funds.

Rates, risk grading, and rationale are disclosed in the loan application and sanction letter.

Current rates will be available on our website and updated as necessary.

All rates are annualized for full transparency.

We aim to provide a response within 30 days of receiving a complaint.

If not satisfied, customers may approach the RBI Ombudsman as per RBI guidelines.

General Provisions

Loan on Trust Pvt. Ltd. will intervene in customer matters only for monitoring loans or product safety.

Requests for loan transfers are addressed within 21 days as per the agreement.

Recovery practices are ethical; no harassment or coercion is applied.

No prepayment or foreclosure charges are applied for floating-rate personal loans, in line with RBI norms.

Force Majeure

In events beyond our control (natural disasters, technical failures), certain obligations may be temporarily affected.

Employees are regularly trained to ensure consistent implementation of the Fair Practices Code and transparency in all dealings.

The FPC will be periodically reviewed and updated according to RBI guidance.
